Working at Ligas GmbH Carpentry on the Digital Design Department. The developments has been made by using parametric design tools (Rhinoceros 3D + Grasshopper) and CNC (computer Numerical Control) tools and machinery.

A series of wood panels are generated using different outputs of mathematical functions for its shape. The Mathematical functions are described in Grasshopper through an interoperability with MatheGrafix, in order to shape parametrical patterns that scale according to x number of sequences. The fabrication of this panels are possible through a CNC 5-axis milling machine, in order to adapt to Computer Numerical Control Design.

The pavillion is conceive taking as inspiration the rules of Origami and adapting it to wooden panels that are constructed by adding textiles to it. The modular pavillion is then able to be mount and dismounted for different purposes succh as exhibitions and fairs.

A series of wood panels are generated using a parabola function for its shape. The Mathematical functions are described in Grasshopper in order to mould a table with smooth curves that are perfect to store books and magazines. The the fabrication of this table was possible thanks to a CNC 5-axis milling machine, in order to adapt to Computer Numerical Control Design.
